  Sender sent me white ones instead of the blue ones that I had ordered as he did not have them in stock. He should have informed me before despatching them to me. I returned them to him at my own cost of £3.99, which I think is unfair as it was his fault! I have even offered to swapped them for a black pair, which he says are available. I have not heard back from him yet. Not satisfied

  Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. The appearance,condition and fit are all good. However, I ordered a white pair and received pink instead. At the point of my ordering it still indicated that the white were in stock. Upon contacting the seller regarding their error,they could only offer a black pair in exchange. I decided to keep the pink ones and asked the seller for a partial refund. They duly obliged. Communication was good.

  sent wrong colour..wanted me to drive 20 miles round trip to post them back, then they would send correct colour once they received them...really? bad communication...didnt care!!
