    A* star great seller. The kettles are good quality and great value for money. The seller's communication and assistance is great. Sadly the courier (EVRI) in our area are a nightmare and reckoned they delivered this and a second parcel to me at 11.09 at night! Obviously not true. The seller was extremely helpful in investigating etc. offering an immediate refund if not resolved. Fortunately the kettles were delivered safely today - five days after they had allegedly been delivered! Clever that!

    this product was delivered to my doorstep by the courior of your choice, the courior didn,t ring my bell or knock the door and just left it in full sight on my doorstep ! by the time I had the "email" saying it had arrived It had gone "missing" stolen by a member of the public , I have since had to order another one from a different company that doesn,t use that courior and it has arrived safely, I would seriously consider a different courior than the "cheaper" option , if I were you,.....

    Avoid at all costs 12 days I had lie after lie it got damaged in transit ? Got sent to Wrong address both on same day , was told to give a few more days ! 4 days passed was then told the corriour attempted delivery twice in one day when we were home sat outside all day ! Was told to Wait home next day and surprise it never came again ! The following day they said they tried delivering again …. More lies was home ! After 12 days I opened a case and eBay refunded me ! Sellers like that need bans
