    A tracking number was provided by the seller but when the packaged did not arrive when expected I searched FedEx only to discover the tracking number could not be found. Contacting the seller not only were the items replaced but I had them within a few days which means the seller lost a little profit keeping a customer happy. I am very happy with the experience including the quick response and the communication with the seller and the quick deliver of the missing items. Very Happy

    I will not recommend this seller, delivery was made by Amazon and which cost $40 less which is ok but I get a fake tracking number and also a fake picture from when the bed was delivered. it was a package on a chair and is not even my house. So that’s the reason why I returned the item and get my refund back.. here is the fake tracking number and the fake picture and the proof for the bad review.

    AVOID THIS SELLER!!! I GOT SCAMMED!!!This seller is terrible, shipped, but I believe SELLER sent me a bogus tracking number( UPS GUY SAID IT WAS DUPLICATED), took 2 weeks to supposedly be delivered, was never delivered to my house, went to another house(picture proof provided), put in a claim with this seller, all I got was the run around, just kept telling me they were investigating it and they put a claim in with ups........terrible communication, NEVER recieved item or refund from this seller

    Seller needs to understand what is, I guess, a new procedure when selling internationally (e.g. to Canada). He kept on telling me that the purchase had been delivered and signed for about 2 weeks ago, which apparently meant that it had been delivered to the "eBay International Hub". I spent about 2 weeks there with no follow up from anyone. The seller was confused and I was confused. I finally received the shipment about 1 month after the purchase date. I will not be buying from eBay US again
