Contacted seller when this item was delivered and even sent them pictures of the damaged box ebike showed up in. As usual this kind of seller showed no concerns of even following up with me. From hub was severely damaged due to the very obvious damage the box experienced!! Bike severely shakes from damaged hub-impact even knocked handlebars of center from the forks. Digital display mount nonfunctional and headlight the same. Had my brother and his friend assemble due to me being disabled!!!
