There was an issue with an additional Duty ($40) owed that was not identified even after asking if there were any additional tariff charges before placing the order. I was told there were no additional charges due. I had to pay the Duty to get the Power Supplies Delivered. THE GOOD PART WAS I SHOWED THE COMPANY THE EMAIL I SENT TO THEM PRIOR TO ORDERING SHOWING THEM TELLING ME THERE WOULD BE NO OTHER CHARGES. ( IN THE END - THEY PAID THE DUTY THEMSELVES) THAT WAS VERY GOOD CUSTOM SERVICE

A beautifully packaged unit, especially the corner protectors and ample Styrofoam padding. Unit looks far better in person and very fine minimalist appearance. Just received unit, will post again when I've had a chance to listen and evaluate. Good seller, have bought smaller items from this seller. Always spot on.
