SUPER negative exp. Dispatch 6 days post-purchase & at the end of the est delivery window. Royal Mail lost parcel & haven't attempted to deliver it. The seller said they would refund but I've waited 24 hours for them to press 1 button and they have NOT. I guess this takes 6 days too? Seller incredibly unprofessional & emotional in messages. I spoke in events & dates. They were "irate" at this. I got a bit sassy at the end bc seller takes the p*ss & leaves everything last second. PROOF ATTACHED!!
