    Seller advertised one item (8.5x11 Photo paper, shipped me 4x6 size. He did not want to refund me and tried to say it was my fault for not recognizing the deal was "Too good to be trues." He waited to the last day to send both the return authorization and the refund. BAD EBAYER! AVOID!!!

    The seller makes the refund.and the money comes from the seller's account. This buyer received a timely, full refund from ME, including return shipping cost. The photo accompanying this listing was of the 4"x6" boxes sent. Selling on ebay these days is very much like being an uber driver. Enormous hours are spent working hard for small profits. Most buyers don't leave Feedback, so the few Negatives stand out amidst my 7400 successfully sold items.
