    At first I was quite nervous buying a piano on eBay, but the demonstrative video by the seller was encouraging since they described the item in details, including the manufacturer serial no, which I made a note of. I also contacted them a few times, both by email and telephone, for more questions and clarification, especially with regard to the delivery process and was very satisfied with their customer service.
