    New bright white light curtain came in an old soft white box, weirdly? But once up, lights are truly bright white as ordered and expected... order, delivery was professional... price was a little on the expensive side given that they were not a new in original boxed item as described... but ok as a one off purchase, and fits my need... does leave a trust question for the future purchases though...

    On arrival it was wrapped in plastic on opening it the actual box is creased & slightly battered on both sides. Me personally the packer should have put the work bench in some bubble wrap to protect it from transit and then put the plastic wrapper on top. It’s not a good look giving someone a battered box for a birthday present. I bought this for my Grandsons 2nd birthday which is in August so it has not yet been opened to check if the product is ok.

    The item arrived in bits, the box was not secure. The seller offered to refund £7 and for me to keep the item (which is irreparable) The seller was not keen on giving me the full refund despite the fact that my order arrived damaged. I’m still not sure whether the refund will be sent to me.
