I ordered a solar letterbox plate, it arrived damaged with no packing. I contacted the seller who blamed it on logistics, apologised and said he would refund my money straight away and could I please not leave negative feedback. That was several weeks ago and there has been no refund or further communication. If you want customers to leave positive feedback then do the right thing. I will also be contacting ebay and reporting this.
