    Item didn’t arrive in time so case opened then it says it was was delayed then when I checked tracking again a few days later it said it had been delivered but it hasn’t and the image certainly wasn’t my house or a member of my household that accepted it. I reached out to the seller but no response which is disappointing and after a few days I had to escalate to eBay for a refund.

    CAUTION NOT UK BASED. NO COMUNICATION HAAD TO USE EBAY TO GET A REFUND. Despite checking the sizes chart the item was to small. The item wasn't based in the UK london as described either which caused issues when trying to return as they wouldn't provide a UK address for me to return it. I emailed three times with no response. I had to get Ebay involved to eventually get a refund through the protection.
