    Laptop arrived damaged, battery not holding any charge. I tried to get a partial refund to fix the laptop, but seller did not want to refund me. I put in a return request, seller ignored. I had to contact ebay to see if they can do anything, and they refunded me. Stay away from this seller. Lots of trouble and absolutely no resolution to my problem. Laptop was described as working. Packaging was torn. Shipping took way too long. The money I put into this laptop is already crazy. Stay clear.
