    Item was exactly as described and shoes were new in box. I’m very happy with them! The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the shipping. Although “fast, free 2-3 day shipping”was in the seller’s listing, it took 6 days to receive. That’s still fast it’s just that it took longer than promised and I needed them for a certain occasion and didn’t have them. Otherwise everything else was great.

    I was very disappointed. I received them in a few weeks and was good other than the $52 extra customs fees I incurred at delivery. I opened my new sandals, and these were not "new in a box" as stated. I reached out to the seller and mentioned that there was a defect at the base of the right sandal and sent pictures of the condition received, I asked for at least half my money back. They gave me 30% off and told me that their warehouse had brick floors. These should of been sold as demos, not NEW
