    Poorly packed in a used box with wrong size written on it. Then has the cheek to refuse return postage because apparently I had damaged the packaging on a pair of kids shoes that where sized waaay too small! Utter waste of everyone’s time and grievance. Case opened. Avoid. Terrible seller. No communication at all either other than the non refund reason.

    The correct item and size was sent to the customer. Customer tired to exploit the ebay returns system to get a free pre-paid returns label.
