  Shoes were as described and arrived within the delivery window, however because of new orthotics they were too small for me. Return process was really simple and the communication with sellers was excellent. I was disappointed however, that even though the initial postage was free, the cost of the return was deducted from my refund. I will reconsider purchasing footwear from an online shop in future.
