    I ordered size 8 trainers. They sent size 5 (which are £2 cheaper than size 8). Within 5 minutes of receiving the trainers I sent a message explaining their error which they ignored. Only after my second message did they reply. I had to go to the bother of returning the trainers and they sent a refund. All I wanted was size 8. I won't be using this company again as I dislike their casual approach to customer service.

    Order Number: 08-13390-02460 - July 30 I placed an order for a pair of new Men’s Dunlop Orthopaedic Slippers, despite arriving on time, they were the wrong Dunlop Slipper, called George. I sent a message on the day I received them, Aug 2, to ask for the correct slippers to be sent including prepaid return postage. I sent a follow up on Aug 4as no reply & still no reply by Aug 6 so a 2nd reminder was sent. Aug 8, a week on, & still no reply, terrible customer service ignoring their customers!
