  Never received the item. The seller did not respond to my message requesting the status when the order was showing as not shipped. Never did respond until eBay intervened. Ten days after it was supposedly shipped, seller finally confirmed my item was sold on another platform, and a refund was issued. Zero for customer service imo. eBay needs to get involved in these issues sooner. Especially when the buyers payment is being held by them, and the buyer is given no answers/support.
