The boots are not the style advertised. I have contacted the seller, and they agreed with the return, "Sure, we can understand the reason for return."(Quote"). However, The Royal Mail system shows the package as being "Delivered", Unlike the "ebay system" which does not, it displays Dispatched 1 Jan but not yet "Delivered", although it was delivered on 05/01/24. The ebay system will not allow me to "return" what seems to have not "arrived". Could you please fix this for me. Ta Mike.
