    Seller posted pictures of the item that were in a completely different colour to the actual image - no lighting could explain the difference. When asked about it, seller was extremely abrupt, evasive, and generally unprofessional, with blunt and irrelevant comments like ‘i don’t accept returns.’ ‘well it’s been 14 days’ (I first messaged about it earlier, they just didn’t reply to me lol). Opened a case and eBay obviously sided with me instantly. Untrustworthy seller.

    The Good: lovely shoes, exactly as described and sent promptly, thank you. The Not So Good: nil stars for packaging I'm afraid - the shoe box was merely taped up and addressed - no outer wrapping, meaning that the box is not really useable but worse, that the box tore en route and the shoes were hanging out and could have been lost.
