These were to give to someone with some new shoes i'd bought for their child- embarrassing they were not sealed/packaged(just loose in delivery envelope) People expect to receive what's shown in the listing PHOTO-nothing was stated in their text about 'no packaging' or i would have bought elsewhere.

    Great laces, as described, but very slow to arrive. I ordered on 18th April, expecting them to arrive in time for a birthday on 28th April, but they didn't arrive until 3rd May! When I ordered they showed as due to arrive in good time, so some what disappointed that this order took so long.

    I cancelled minutes after placing the order, as it was going to my address in a holiday park which does not accept postal delivery. They did not provide Click and Collect, Ebay was informed re Cancellation. Next day Ebay confirmed unable to stop delivery, then seller E mail confirmed it had been posted. I then had to pay £10 to stop item being sent back to seller, so very expensive laces. Annoyed that my money taken immediately, yet Ebay could not cancel despite giving over 24 hrs notice.
