Only reason review is neutral is because I have no way to rate packaging used for delivery. The item is really good and as described but I'm surprised it didn't snap in transit as it was delivered in a normal postage bag. I would recommend, even if the seller charged more, put something like this in a box. The part of the mask that lifts up had to be manipulated to connect back to the mask as it warped in transit. For the price this is a great item but should be protected more during delivery.
