    Ordered this cheese board with names on and it asked for a font style which we also added in the box provided as well as an image of a wine bottle and cheese to compliment the names..item arrived in basic style writing. Not font as requested neither was imagine added. Spoke to seller who denied that I'd left the above information and refused to refund saying I was in the wrong and items that have been engraved aren't refunded. I took this up with Ebay who have gone in my favour .Stay away !!!!

    Ebay have not gone in your favour! There is a dispute open for them to check what you wanted on the board and what we did. They will see we did exactly what you requested. Hopefully when you order personalised goods in future, you take time to look and check that your personalisation is correct and not blame the seller for your error and leaving bad feedback.
