Ultimately I didn't care who was at fault, I just wanted the item in the condition as described or compensated. Whenever I asked how they wanted to proceed they only replied "I need to seek advice" and that it was not their fault. It was in mint condition when the item was sent as shown in the images on display when selling the item as the customer would have seen. To say that I would send something that is not in good condition and question me as a seller. I have good feedback from lots of different customers and then comes along one and questions me as a person. I know the item was sent in mint condition.
