  Oven heating element as described, seems good quality, great value and arrived quickly. Unfortunately in spite of being well packed it had been damaged in transit by courier. Contacted seller with pictures who replied very promptly, checked that in spite of damage was it the correct part, then arranged for a replacement to be dispatched immediately which also arrived promptly. Problem very quickly resolved and amazing service. Can't recommend this seller enough and will definitely use again.

  After some miscommunication regarding the courier of the package I contacted the seller and they told me that the package had been delivered to my pick up desk 3 days prior. I hadn’t received any update from them regarding collection I took pics of my messages and they then sent me my code. But item is perfect & as described and fits perfectly.   Evri took so long to deliver this, and this seller tolerated so many messages from me haha lovely seller, the oven door clip thing fits perfectly and was well packaged since it spent a couple of days behind a bird cage, thanks for that Evri, it's brand new and fits my oven perfectly, very happy that the oven glass is no longer flapping around haha my only complaint is I ordered on the 21st and wasn't dispatched until 28th included a picture of my item behind a bird cage in my front garden
