  The part (replacement Samsung washing machine PCB) arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately when fitted it turned out to be faulty. It caused the drum to inch back and forth, even my old PCB did not have this issue. Credit to the seller they refunded the the price and postage fee to return. Prompt and courteous communication.
