  What makes a great eseller? When things go wrong and how quickly they are put right. I ordered the product 9/5th. Tracked it all the way to out for delivery to my home. ( No show) Contacted the seller following Evri website rules!! ( not the 1st time I have had problems with this courier!!) I got an email apologising...an offer of a full refund or a replacement product. (I took the latter...2nd one now). Arrived yesterday and very happy. I stress this was not the sellers fault A+++ for me. Thx.
