    Avoid. Seller provided damaged product, then claimed the Post Office had somehow damaged (bent) the Brackets, inside the Jiffy Bag, despite the Bracket being made of 4mm Steel. and the Package arriving intact. Despite my raising this issue with Seller, it appears that I know nothing and the seller is adamant she did not send out a second rate product, also admitting the Post Office had somehow damaged other Brackets before and she knows not how !! How ridiculous. Look elsewhere !!

    Hi again Bruce, I posted out straight brackets unfortunatly they got damaged in the post. (This does sometimes happen and is totally out of my control.) I then offered you a choice to return them free to me or an £8 refund if you wanted to just bend them back. You then became very rude to me for some strange reason so i did not want to communicate with you anymore and just send you a return label then refunded you in total. What more would you like a seller to do Bruce. Kind regards Jan
