Unfortunately, as the seller explained, there was a typo in the listing, so I received a different size than I expected, but when I messaged the seller, they responded right away and made sure I was issued a full refund. I didn’t end up with the shoes my kid wanted, but this was still a positive experience thanks to the professional and kind demeanor of the seller and their commitment to making it right.

    Very disappointed, l been looking for this jacket for years, l was trying to contact seller about the jacket with out luck finally decided to buy it few hrs before time expired, seller finally contacted me telling me the jacket was sold already by someone on the family. I think, if you selling on eBay is because you have items on hand ready to ship, so how you can take sellers like this seriously! . Years l been looking for this jacket!
