  The item initially sent was actually not the item ordered, the same product, but in slightly less good condition. This warehouse error was instantly acknowledged and a replacement version was speedily sent, better in fact than what I had ordered. I had dealings with two members of the Shop City team, both were friendly and pleasant and could not have been more helpful. I would certainly shop with this company again.
