    Please do not bother to buy from this seller. First of all my item arrived damaged. I had to send that back. I have received replacement that was way smaller than the first one and didn't match the description. No apologises, no trying to resolve the issue. So now I have to waste my time again to return that item. Worst customer service ever. Don't even bother.

    Described as brand-new. Unopened, unused and undamaged. Drscribed as Collector's Edition Shenron. Reality...No box just plastic inner. Taped together at bottom with large white sticker on top. Came unprotected in a jiffy bag so plastic was all broken and crushed. Yet aother seller trying to cash in on Christmas and DBZ fans with substandard items. Model itself ok, but was for son who is a collector so expected to be able to display with box. False advertising of condition.

    Item was as described and the quality was great yet I had a massive issue with the way everything was packaged. It arrived completely fine, but when opening the box it was completely destroyed which would have been nice additionally from the actual item itself. If you are looking for good quality products I recommend this seller, yet if you are cautious about how your items are shipped and packaged then do not buy from this seller. Thankyou anyway.
