At Kitchen Switchen, we’re all about giving great kitchen tools a second life. What started in a small Phoenix shop has grown into a family-run online store built on love for cooking, sustainability, and a good laugh. We’re two sisters and our supermom, on a mission to make eco-friendly living easy (and fun!) by reselling high-quality, gently used, and new kitchenware.

    I had a really good experience with this seller! I bought three glass teapots and they were well-packaged; when USPS flubbed the delivery of one of the pots, I reached out to the seller and found them very prompt and courteous, offering a refund for the pot or to ship another. They did the latter and covered the extra, despite that what happened was USPS's fault. I would gladly purchase from this seller again.

    WOW! Shipping was super fast. This is one of the best packaging experiences I've ever had; they wrapped the china in paper, then packed pieces in boxes, then placed those boxes in a big box--with more paper. All 15 pieces were in perfect condition upon arrival. As for the pieces themselves, they were exactly as described and in great condition. This was a great deal, too! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "ShopKitchenSwitchen." Thank you so much!

    Great seller, item was as described. I would recommend replacing packaging peanuts with another filler to keep items from moving around inside the box, the pan handle punctured the box corner a few times and suffered a couple small dings on the end during shipping.

    This is by far the best, most versatile, pan I have ever used. It has literally changed my relationship to cooking and I already love to cook, but now I can’t wait to get in the kitchen. I’m very grateful to the seller for the price on this pan also because at the store it is over twice the price. The pan was in perfect condition and looked perfect. It was also shipped very quickly and when I had a question, the seller responded immediately! Great seller!
