  Slightly slow dispatch but messaging the seller they advise 5 to 10 working days for item to be dispatched has they said they are on there own processing and packing loads of orders which is understandable and once dispatched item arrived very quick and a week earlier than estimated delivery dates and item came well packaged and has described good communication and good ebayer highly recommended and my friend who's a big pokemon fan who the cushion is for absolutely loves it .

  The products I ordered was a bundle of several figures and I found the pricing to be an amazing deal. It arrived very quickly, much faster than the date initally given. The figures were well wrapped and protected in bubble wrap and news paper. Each box looked brand new with no damage I could see. Each of the figures came exactly as shown and look wonderful. I highly recommend this seller!

  Kumasan answered all questions and replied fast. package shipped with as much protection as he could. Took a few days for seller to prepare shipping but I understood it was mentioned in the listing that it would require a few extra days to handle shipping. Paid extra for the Fed Ex Priority shipping and arrived promptly as promised. Not seller's fault, Fed Ex damaged package in transit. Seller cushioned box with bubble wrap and plastic wrap and cardboard layers. Just Fed Ex at fault. Thanks Kuma
