  I ordered shoes that were advertised as black slingbacks.Package arrived & heels weren't black.They r dark brown/chocolate.I messaged seller addressing situation along w/a picture.Clearly stating "response on this issue will be greatly appreciated to resolve this problem."Well NADA!I mean NOT a word,no acknowledgment nor accountability what so ever!In other words=FALSE ADVERTISED/ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY=WASTE OF MONEY!!!I've purchased from other sellers awesome experiences!   I truly want the best experience for my customers. As soon as I saw the message, I responded immediately with a solution. I sincerely apologize for the human error in the color description. Aside from that, the shoes were in great shape, just as described. I’ve reached out multiple times with a resolution, but unfortunately haven’t received a response.
