    The purse arrived in a quick and responsive manner. The seller is very helpful with any questions or concerns. However the purse was not inspected by the EBay authentication group. Which was stated that it would be.

    I am so pleased that you love this gorgeous GUCCI Bag! With eBay, some items are Authenticated and others are not. It depends on algorithms, I am guessing. No clue. I have sold on this platform for a decade and am a Trusted Seller with very high credentials. The message sent to you stated that the item was being shipped directly to you. If eBay did not warrant authenticating the bag, it should not have affected your rating of my item or service you received.
