    Had a good experience from start to finish everything was perfect it did say on the description the box was damaged it came and the box was fine and the product was in perfect condition...my little girl is so happy with her pram 🙂 will definitely use this seller again and definitely recommend

    We bought this in the run up to Christmas. The item was advertised as contents full but the box damaged. Upon arrival there was two vital pieces missing. When questioned I was offered a full refund on return. I asked if I could get the items sourced locally would they stand the replacements parts. This never happened I received a refund and it was a little more than 50% of the original cost but it did not cover the parts entirely. So I found myself out of pocket in total. Delivery very poor also
