Description incorrect for a child's dinner set. Did not state that items (plate/bowl/cup) would be sent loose in a box without their own packaging. This was for a gift so it was pretty disappointing and annoying to receive the order like this. I messaged the seller to ask why they had been sent like this and they did not reply. I cannot find any way to contact Ebay about it as there is no suitable category as I can't choose "Item not received" or "Refund required" So rude not to reply.
