    Item was meant to be new but looked almost used with marks all around Item also arrived damaged. 3 of the 4 lights solar panel were not attached when arrived and the other 1 was stuck on misaligned Contacted seller and had no response after 3 days so probably will not reply until they see this Just be careful when buying from this seller as item quality is shoddy and the seller communication is just as bad
