Unfortunately, some items had more wear than described and two plates arrived broken (they could have been a bit better packed, in my opinion, but post office was not gentle with the box!). excellent communication, superb customer service, amazing packing job. The post office had not been kind to this package - one corner was entirely bashed in, through no fault of the seller. I was sure that the fragile contents would be damaged, but I was wrong. The seller had wappred the items so well that they were in perfect condition even after being man-handled in the mail Very impressive!!! The selller also refunded part of the shipping costs because s/he was able combine shipping. Wow.
