About us

Our journey started In 2015, we began selling replacement power cables while working for an e-commerce company. Our passion for online sales grew, leading us to establish our own guitar accessories brand, Silenceban, in 2018. However, our views changed due to climate change, and we decided to make a difference. Our goal is to recover, repair, and resell used and broken items to give them a second life. By doing so, we hope to reduce waste and play a part in saving the planet.

    I ordered the sensor, waited a week, and nothing had happened. I contacted the buyer and got a generic response saying they'd be in touch. They didn't. A week later I received a notification it had been shipped with a tracking number and expected delivery date. It never arrived and the tracking number was stuck on "package received". So a week later I asked for a refund, still no comms from the seller and eventually ebay automated the refund. Utterly hopeless.

    Terrible experience . Waited for machine to arrive only to find they've sent wrong one . The one they sent I could have got £20 cheaper in the shops if I had wanted it .
