  Seller does not use tracking, so initially got refund for not receiving. 3.5 weeks after purchase, I received the item with $5.75 in postage due, and we refused the package. To keep costs low, seller sends items in letter envelopes with stamps but in my case the post office demanded almost $6 extra in postage. Be aware of this if ordering as you MAY also receive the package with considerable extra postage due for you to pay if your post office does this too.
