    Cannot fault this vendor whatsoever, a small issue came to light (of which I informed them without delay) and the issue was acknowledged, dealt with and then resolved all without this company even raising an eyebrow, I’m absolutely blown away by the professionalism displayed and ultimately acted upon, would I deal with this company again….?     Sent wrong colours without asking, the cables received didn't even work. Took a very long to reply to my 2 messages and then said would send replacement nothing received, messaged again and said they'd send out more nothing received. Then askex where they were to be offered 15% refund. I would never buy from here again

    This was not what I ordered. I have ordered from this seller previously and got the wrong item on that occasion as well. i ordered again a few months later thinking my previous order was a mistake, but I received the same wrong order again. i contacted seller about this to return the item. I was asked to keep the item and accept a 20% refund because the refund postage would cost more than the item value. I did this for convenience but shall never buy from this seller again .

    Good product but awful customer service, they said we ship within one day of purchase, I purchased on the 28th and it was shipped on the 30th. It also took over 8 days to be delivered and when I send t messages to ask where it was I got back empty platitudes with no solid information. Stuff like “we are sorry for this” but no real help. I think this is a prime example of why people are using Amazon more than here as it’s so much better at tracking your package - I would not use this seller
