I ordered 3 seater green and 2 seater beige Hampshire sofas by Dusk. Everything was handled perfectly by clear cycle. Delivery timescales are as described and you get an email when they dispatch to the courier. I needed my delivery delayed a couple of days for house move and they responded quickly to my request assuring me the courier would contact me after a certain date which they did. Well packaged directly into the room. Beautiful sofas! Firm yet comfy they look MUCH more expensive!

Item came as described with small defect, in my case the back seat of sofa was a slightly wrinkled , no sign of real wear apart from that , if not reduced price I would not buy taking that wrinkled backseat cushion in consideration , the space covered by blanket now, delivery service not great , way over mentioned time delivered with no notice about delay and not much support from people handling that apart from bringing chair to the door

What can I say this seller is amazing table was b grade but looks brand new we found 1 slight scratch mark. I was contacted by email and 2 phone. Calls regarding delivery times .
