    This was not as described as new with tags. It arrived very used with frays and snags. I have bras I have had for a couple years in better shape. When I contacted the seller to resolved they only referred me to eBay. I only purchased because it was new since I knew with the high shipping to Canada, I could not return. Very poor value and customer service. I would not trust their description. The picture was far away that so the condition was not clear. I would not trust this seller again.

    The item I sent was new with tags, as shown in detailed, clear and close up photos. The buyer first requested a $50 partial refund, and when I advised them to open a return through eBay, they responded that they’d leave negative feedback if I didn’t comply. When I make a mistake, I own it and work to make it right. In this case, I stand by the item's condition. I responded quickly and followed the proper eBay process by directing buyer to initiate a return. Buyer has since submitted a return.
