    Despite being massively let down by Evri this seller went above and beyond to rectify the situation, his communication is excellent and will do everything to make sure you receive your purchase , he sent out a second parcel via DPD despite not knowing where the first parcel was !! Couldn’t fault this seller and will definitely use again , very happy with purchase as well , just Evri who seem to have a problem with disappearing items!!

    I ordered my sweeteners quite late into the evening, However, within an hour or two. I received the notification they had been packed and were awaiting collection the following day. As it was so close to Xmas the delivery day was going to be post Xmas due the 28th. Sure enough on the 28th they arrived via hermes/evri. Packaging was perfect for the item. All secure safe and dry and to my surprise the postage had been taken off of the cost, I didn't expect that so TYVM happy new year to you x AL
