    48 hour UK delivery promised. Fake tracking number provided. Item arrived 2 weeks later with Chinese postage labels. items also missing from package. Took another two weeks for items to arrive. I felt lied too and under appreciated as a customer. No compensation offered. I had to ‘barter’ to which I got £15 which I wasn’t satisfied with considering the amount of lies and issues with the order, seller also tried ‘buying’ positive feedback! I wouldn’t recommend this seller. Item however is good

    We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we’d like to clarify that we shipped from the UK with valid tracking. The delay was due to the courier. The missing item was promptly resent and £15 refunded as goodwill. We do not offer free gifts for reviews. While we’re glad you liked the item, we believe we handled this case fairly.

    Very slow delivery and very hard to communicate with as the item arrived late and no reply as to where it was. Significant alterations the lower edge was needed to fit the TT / TTS as its designed to clip into the TTRS model, it did note this on the listing but do not underestimate how much work is needed to make it look right. That said, with the top support and center mount from Audi from a MK 3 TTRS is looked the job, but that will set you back £150 from your local Audi dealer (image)
