    I contacted the seller explaining that the shoes is not my hubby's size and it is not as described on the website. It says size 42 but feels like 41. The seller had not been friendly and had responded negatively insisting that I have to return the shoes and bear the cost of return. This is not fair as it is not my fault that the shoes are not exactly size 42 as described. Seller not friendly and empathic. Customer service very poor. Seller does not care how customer is feeling .
