Hi, I'm sorry your item was damaged, but as explained it is both our and eBay policy that any issue such as this is reported within 30 of purchase. You placed the order on 13/8 but did not contact us until 22/9. After this amount of time we cannot be sure the damage did not happen after delivery. We recommend any order is open and inspected within 3 days of delivery so any damage can be reported and the problem resolved immediately.
