However Yodel delivery let them down hence 4 stars. Yodel informed us it would arrive Fri 16th between 16.05 and 18.05. It didn’t arrive at all. I did an online chat on Saturday morning and told it would arrive the next day 17th. Their tracking app was not updated so I was annoyed as we waited in so we could fit it before our BBQ.

Truth is, As soon as I saw yodel were involved I redirected to an InPost locker. Even after this yodel claimed they had called and missed me. Absolutely rubbish delivery service which I paid for. But great item. Won’t buy again from this seller based on the choice of courier. Sorry.

I appreciate it's all down to the individual delivering the goods, in my case I suspect they just couldn't be bothered. This is outside of the sellers control so I give positive feedback for the seller and not the delivery which I have addressed separately.
