    The delivery driver left the parcel on the door step, we were in the house and he did not knock on the door. After hearing all of the reports about parcel thefts from door steps the driver needs to be reminded that they must knock on the door until answered by the occupant, he will most likely have taken a photo as proof of delivery but i have to stress the fact that he did not knock on the door.
