    The seller packed and posted an unusual (pleated) dress. This was delivered but got damaged (wet) due to the Postperson’s behaviour (photo). Royal Mail has been contacted and waiting for an update. In the meantime aBay were contacted. The seller very quickly refunded and the seller’s messages gave reassurance. A thank you for this.
